On the 19th, the three-day 2016 China (Nanjing) International Material Distribution, Handling and Logistics Information Exhibition (LogiMAT China 2016) opened at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Dozens of well-known domestic and foreign enterprises unveiled the latest products and solutions in transportation and storage. "Father of the Internet of Things", one of the proposers of the Industry 4.0 concept, Professor Michael ten Hompel, dean of the Fraunhofer Institute for Logistics Research in Germany, conducted his The first speech.
The LogiMAT China brand originates from Stuttgart, Germany, and is the largest intralogistics industry exhibition in Europe. After LogiMAT was successfully held in Stuttgart, Germany for 14 years, the brand was officially brought to China. The exhibition focused on material handling and storage technology, warehousing equipment and operation equipment, packaging weighing measurement and sorting systems and other equipment and system integration, as well as related software and IT services as the core of the exhibition and communication.
The reporter saw at the scene that what attracted the visitors most was the intelligent system that was already in mass production. For example, the multi-layer shuttle picking system brought by Nanjing Yinfei Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. solved the problem of intelligent storage. Through the staff demonstration, the system can realize the software to optimize the ordering of batch orders and carry out intelligent picking. The staff introduced that the system can match the peak and valley flow rate of incoming and outgoing warehouses by adding or subtracting the number of multi-layer shuttles. The storage density is high and the space utilization is large. It can pick 1000 pieces per hour, which greatly improves the picking efficiency.
"In the era of Industry 4.0, automation and self-service will be the biggest trends in warehousing and production." Professor Michael Teng Humper explained in popular language that Industry 1.0 promotes mechanization through steam, and Industry 2.0 is driven by Electricity drives large-scale production. Industry 3.0 is automated by electronic information technology, and Industry 4.0 is intelligent and self-service. "Using the integrated network for data sharing, so as to produce at the lowest cost and achieve the lowest consumption of resources." He said that German Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 are the development and innovation of industrial civilization, with huge cooperation space and development potential . (Fu Qi)
